If you ordered developing services for your film rolls, I will send you this form semi-completed so you can choose if you want to purchase any prints once developed. So, no further action is needed until then.

If you are sending pre-developed negatives, follow the following steps.

There are 3 pages in the document. In the first page fill out your personal and shipping details. The second page will show you how to map your exposures so that when you say I want 2 copies of exposure 3, I know exactly which exposure you mean. The 3rd sheet has a table where you can select how many copies of each exposure you want printed. Once selected, the quote for you prints will auto populate.
