Once you reserve conversion services time, I will coordinate with you to get your CDs, DVDs, Film, or physical pictures (up to 8.5”x14”) and I will carefully convert (copying or scanning) into digital files in a drive (If you don’t have one I can help you purchase one at the best deals) or onto a cloud folder (this option is not ideal, since some cloud storage services compress files at a loss of quality). It is ideal to have them in both your PC and at least one backup drive. Depending on an hourly rate of $18/hr until all media has been converted, I will send you an invoice. I guarantee working at a brisk but careful pace to preserve the quality of each scan or copy. Once I have received payment I will give you control of your digital files, and return your physical media. If I don’t receive payment, your media will be returned and the digital files deleted after 30 days. If payment arrives within those 30 days your files will be released to you.
